직역을 하면 이빨이 있다가 된다. 06년도 였던걸로 기억된다. 북측이 핵실험을 끝내고 얼마 안되어서 유엔에서 의결이 나왔다. 북측에 대한 제제를 가하자는 내용이었다. 이전까지의 내용과는 달리 제법 독성이 있는 의결로서 이제까지의 위협 위주 의결을 벗어나 실질적인 군사,경제로의 제제를 가능케하는 내용이었다.
기 의결 관련 미국의 크리스토퍼 힐 차관보는 "The resolution has some teeth in it," 이라는 발언을 하였다. 여기서 이빨이라는 단어는 물리면 아플 수 있다는 의미를 지닌다. 그러니까 이전까지의 의결은 위협위주 (all barks, no bite) 였지만 이번 의결은 독성이 있다는 의미로 해석된다.
